Bapko Metals, Inc. purchased the 13,000 SF office building to remodel and relocate their corporate offices. The building maintained it’s 1980’s identity. We had the opportunity to remodel and reinvent the building, paying homage to the materials that exemplify Bapko Metals, i.e. metal. The project included demolition of the interiors, both first floor and second floor. New floor plans and updating corporate identity. New site plan and landscape design. New front elevation, lighting, furniture, and finishes throughout.
